about my work

Plein air art

ART Prize: Can be seen at the DeVos Place and you will find my plein air paintings at the Muskegon Museum of ART's Gift shop, AS well as at the Ann Arbor Art Center's Gift Shop where you can see this art and many other plein air paintings.

Always love to paint

When I was in preschool, my favorite time of day was when I was allowed to draw and paint. As I got older, this love never faded and eventually I went to college to study art.

My Background

As a Kendall Grad, Hallmark Greeting Cards came to recruit and they hired me. I have illustrated hundreds of Greeting Cards, and all of those images show many styles, but watercolor is pre-dominant in my work...and oil painting.

Watercolor

For publications, illustration art.

My Inspiration

For myself. For inspiration, I plein air paint, like the artist: Monet, I love to paint in nature, it is illustration art.
